A Memorable Experience
As a premier events vendor located in Merrillville, Indiana, we work with clients and venues, large and small, to create truly memorable affairs.
Having been selected as Minneapolis-St Paul Alumnae Chapter’s Event Manager/Designer for the 2022 Midwest Regional Conference of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., held in Minneapolis Minnesota from July 25 – 28, 2022, CLP Event Management, a division of Chicagoland Popcorn and Chicagoland Popcorn were responsible for 2300 popcorn favor bags, 2300 white chocolate Oreo cookie favors, 460 centerpieces (opening reception & closing banquet), 4 step and repeat banners, 3 tripod signs, all balloon décor, napkins, ice sculpture, linens, dais décor (closing banquet), and general design and event management of host chapter events – VIP event, consult only. In addition, CLP Event Management was responsible for room design/decor of Collegiate (Midwest Region) sponsored Crimson Experience.
The conference was successful. Our team worked seamlessly with the host chapter to facilitate a truly memorable experience.
